We just need a few pieces of information to get you enrolled. Once you’ve submitted your application, our team will review as quickly as possible. Once approved, you’ll receive a link to your personalized campaign page that you can share with your community to start receiving donations.

#1 Record your Story Video
Video is the best way for your community to be able to connect with your story. This short 2min(max) video will live on your profile, letting your donors connect with you and your journey in a real way.

#2 Fill out the Application Form
Once you have your video file, fill out the application form, and submit. We will need your contact info, a profile picture, your story video, and your consent to display certain information for your campaign.
